Is anything being done about the fence by the shed before the whole thing falls down? It has got considerably worse in the last two weeks and as soon as we got some snow it's going to continue to fall section by section.
I believe at one point we could find the meeting minutes and wondering if that is still being posted? I was out of town during last big meeting and wasn't able to attend and with another year of declining reputation for this community I wondered what was discussed to turn things around.
I hope that adding in additional speed bumps was not something we paid for a few weeks before the snow plows rip them to shreds as they do every year?

What is the expectation to response here? The fence, as expected, is much worse since first post.

You do realize the fence you are talking about is not on Walnut Ridge property? Talking to the Township Building codes person, they suggested we contact the owners of the fence aside of us. FYI - it's 1 - 3 feet on their side.

Yes - we're painfully very aware the fence belongs to the other development. After years of not being maintained it is now a hazard on OUR property. We need to skip the excuses, be proactive, and install a fence on our property to cover it. Simple solution and one that will probably eliminate a potential lawsuit if someone is hurt on our property. While we're at it we should also look into removing the utility box that was knocked over a year ago and has exposed wires and cables. Angela has been notified of that numerous times by numerous homeowners. I really hope this community has an excellent liability insurance policy because we're going to need it if these issues aren't addressed responsibly. It saddens me to see the level of disrepair and complacency.

If the fence is 1-3 feet on their side what compelled us to think it was appropriate to remove the overgrowth on our visual side of the fence? It would have technically have been on their side of the fence. If we were able to remove the overgrowth then we should be able to remove the debris that is now on our property.
