Any idea when the sidewalks will be cleared it's been almost 5 hrs since the snow has stopped? This is the second time in two yrs that this has happenned.

I'm really upset with the snow removal the last few years now because they don't shovel the common ground sidewalks. Two years ago my father had a heart attack and the paramedics had to drag him through the ice and snow on the sidewalk to get him to the ambulance and it took them a very long time. Now today over 12 hours since it stopped snowing they still haven't shoveled anything and we have sick elderly people living in our row and the plow piled up the snow in front of the sidewalk as well. God forbid any medical emergencies arise because Walnut Ridge Association will be held responsible for not clearing the walkways for the disabled.
