Is anyone experiencing sporadic mail delivery? Over the past 3 months there have been three separate incidences of tracked mail being listed as "out for delivery" however they were never delivered. Our mailbox was empty which leads me to believe we didn't get delivery at all that day. I've called twice now and the tracked item miraculously appeared on my doorstep (!) within 15 minutes of the call. I was told we didn't have a regular assigned delivery person and the route was typically serviced by whomever was available at the end of the day. That would account for the extremely late delivery times when we do actually get mail. Has anyone contacted the USPS regarding this issue?

Today is January 23, 2016 at 5:40 PM. It's been snowing ALL DAY. The snow removal contractors who are being paid THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, has ONLY been at the the development ONE TIME, EARLY MORNING and the plowing that was done is atrocious. One vehicle at a time can squeeze pass each other, however you can barely get out of the development. Our vehicles are stuck and can't get out because the snow removal contractors haven't been back today and the one plowing that was done, has left our vehicles plowed in. This is UNACCEPTABLE AND THE ASSOCIATION IS MAKING RESIDENTS PAY FOR SERVICES WHICH THEY DON'T PROVIDE or is clearly overstated and overly expensive. WE ARE BEING RIPPED OFF IN MY OPINION. THE PROPERTY MANAGER SHOULD BE REPLACED AS WELL AS THE CONTRACTORS. IF YOU AGREE, POST YOUR COMMENTS AND COMPLAIN. THE DEVELOPMENT IS GETTING WORSE. ROLLING HILLS HAS BETTER SERVICES!

CALL ANGELA TAYLOR, PROPERTY MGR. (sic) AND COMPLAIN. I called today and had to leave a message since she hardly is available to respond to our complaints.
